Director, Product Management

Druva is looking for a Director of Product Management - a dynamic product leader with the ability to scale and transform a market leading product line in the rapidly growing Cloud Information Management market. Reporting into the VP of Product Management, this is a leadership role that is highly strategic and visible both within and outside the organization

As Director of Product Management for Druva inSync, this person will collaborate with various stakeholders to set product direction and drive end-to-end execution for this #1 Analyst-rated product line.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the product roadmap for inSync
  • Manage complete product lifecycle from gathering market requirements to product launch
  • Manage all product related aspects including market fit, pricing, packaging, customer experience
  • Lead a high performing team of product managers
  • Drive Sales / SE training and technical enablement to ensure successful PoCs
  • Act as key product expert, evangelist and advocate for initiatives and projects
  • Help Product Marketing with Product Positioning, Competitive knowledge and customer data
  • Represent Druva in front of customers, analysts, and partners when and where necessary
  • Engage customers to identify product opportunities and stay abreast of their needs
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure successful product adoption and implementation
  • Establish process as needed, communicate product /roadmap updates to execs and other teams


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years experience in product management with domain experience in one or more of the following areas - Information Governance,  Data Security,  Information Archiving, E-Discovery, Information Security
  • Bachelor’s or higher college/graduate degree in engineering
  • Strong technical knowledge and demonstrated ability to partner with engineering teams
  • Customer engagement experience with dedication to customer success
  • High-energy drive combined with ability to build and lead a team of product managers
  • Ability to balance technology, marketing, and engineering scenarios
  • Top notch sales engagement and presentation skills
  • Experience with SaaS products / technology
  • Excellent leadership, management, and communications skills
