Druva is seeking an energetic Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team and further our success as the leading provider for cloud data protection and information management solutions for the enterprise as we continue to expand our business in the enterprise infrastructure area.  

Founded in 2008 and continuing to grow rapidly, Druva is harnessing the power of the cloud to enable businesses to better protect and understand their enterprise data.   The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter who is passionate for understanding customers and their business challenges, developing compelling positioning and messaging, identifying/creating effective market and sales materials and keeping ahead of the competition.  The candidate will be comfortable being the conduit between Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Business Development to ensure we are building and communicating the right messages to the right audiences. This position reports into the Vice President of Product Marketing.

Job Responsibilities

•     Be an expert on our customers, their pain-points, and criteria for buying for our infrastructure focused solution Phoenix
•     Develop positioning and messaging and empower sales team to communicate a clear concise message about our offerings
•     Stay abreast of key competitors,  keep internal teams up-to-date on the latest market changes
•     Create compelling,  market driven collateral that tell the unique and compelling Druva Phoenix story
•     Lead the charge on new releases and define the go-to-market and campaigns for product success

Skills and Qualifications

•     5+ years experience in enterprise software and 3+ of those in product marketing (SaaS based preferred)
•     Proven ability to take technology and convey it in concise and compelling business terms
•     Experience in server data protection and backup, DRaaS and Cloud infrastructure (AWS) a huge plus
•     Strong presentation and written communication skills
•     Excellent people skills to interact with senior leadership, marketing, engineering, sales, customer support teams, and external customers.
•     BS or BA required
