You’ve been honing your skills for years and elevated to Product Marketing Master and you’re ready to take on the next challenging role in your career -- and Druva, may very well be the answer!  We are looking for a product marketing master to take the lead as our new Director of Product Marketing.   As a fast growing company, innovating cloud-native technology to transform how organizations around the globe protect and manage their information, Druva is looking to fill this crucial,  high visibility role that has significant impact to our business.   In this role you will lead the product marketing team and own product positioning/messaging, competitive,  market intelligence, and go-to-market strategy that includes engaging with our partner ecosystem for the company and its products.  Are you a master?


You’ll use your fine honed skills to:

  • Develop product positioning & messaging that clearly defines and differentiates our products and solutions in the market
  • Build and drive product launch plans that are fully synced with business & revenue goals and align with pipeline generation targets
  • Craft engaging, externally facing content including webinars, data sheets, solution guides, demo videos and more with the team 
  • Lead and prioritize internally facing content including sales training, competitive positioning, FAQs, and cheat sheets
  • Partner closely with Product Management to understand and articulate product strategy and vision
  • Work with Sales to inspire, motivate and ultimately win flagship brands through the sales cycle
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies to capitalize on market dynamics moving in the company’s favor
  • Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to drive the business & product marketing strategy. Track, measure and report against objectives
  • Provide thought leadership by articulating product vision and direction to key customers, analysts and at press briefings, interviews, conferences and events
  • Represent the company as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events



  • 7+ years of software product marketing experience in a well-known SaaS or B2B enterprise software company
  • Strong product positioning and proven messaging skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple groups, including Sales, Channels, Product Management, Services and Engineering
  • Ability to communicate and work closely with sales teams for training and opportunity engagement
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Strong customer advocate, accustomed to interacting with customers to help understand and solve their problems
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Exhibit a unique blend of business and technical savvy
  • Ability travel for customer meetings, attend events, product launches
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business Management)
